6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to offer free shipping on all orders. Where shipping costs apply, these will be displayed at checkout.
  • Orders are typically processed within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are approximations only — actual delivery may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control
  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
  • Customers are responsible for actively tracking their shipment and ensuring availability for delivery
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, or governmental actions.

7. EU Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Swedish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Exceptions — the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

  • Opened cosmetic, hygiene, or personal care products (for health and hygiene reasons)
  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Perishable goods

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@dservices.se within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged items (where damage was not caused during delivery)
  • Hygiene and cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened, for health and safety reasons
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Restocking or administration fees may apply in certain cases

Incorrect Orders

If you ordered the wrong size, color, or type, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received by the supplier, a replacement will be arranged subject to availability.

9. Free Gift Promotions

  • Free gifts offered via promotional codes are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange
  • Shipping fees paid in connection with free gift promotions are non-refundable
  • One free gift per customer per promotion unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders where promotional limits are exceeded

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AladdinsGenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Delivery delays or failures caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control
  • Inaccurate product information provided by suppliers

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
